With over 20 years of experience in property, from starting out as a sales negotiator to opening multiple cold-start offices, founding, running, and selling my own agency to one of the largest operators in Europe, advising sovereign wealth funds, charities, local authorities, and developers, and working with founders leading PropTech companies through early growth, I’ve gained a clear understanding of what works and what doesn’t in the modern market, and how to apply that knowledge to help others succeed.

I enjoy working with agency owners and property professionals who are passionate about modern estate agency and real estate. I offer flexible, bespoke coaching and consultancy designed to deliver meaningful results, raise performance, and create clear commercial outcomes. Starting out in 2003, I opened my own central London Agency just five years later, I believe that there are few industries where someone with some ability, a lot of enthusiasm and drive can find as much satisfaction and success.

By the time I sold my agency, it had grown into a well-established business with a strong local presence and a marketing approach that generated consistent organic demand, both online and in the real world. The business was built around a long-standing team developed from the ground up and earned its reputation through excellent client service rather than hype.

I’ve always believed technology should support people, not replace them. I’ve been an early adopter of systems and software that improve efficiency and decision-making, but I’ve also learned that property remains a people business at its core. Attracting the right people, helping them develop, and giving them the tools to perform well is what ultimately drives sustainable success.

I’ve worked through both strong and difficult market conditions and seen first-hand how different businesses respond under pressure. I’ve been responsible for making hard decisions, often with others depending on the outcome, and I understand the weight that responsibility brings. Those moments, particularly in challenging markets, are where the most valuable lessons are learned.

Today, I use that experience to support agency owners and professionals as a coach, consultant, and sounding board. By helping people gain clearer understanding, they’re able to make better decisions, build stronger businesses and careers, and get more out of an industry that, when approached properly, has a great deal to offer.

I believe the property industry can be one of the most rewarding careers in the world. At its best, it attracts people with very different skills and backgrounds, and delivers a service that almost everyone relies on at some point in their lives.


When it’s done well, it genuinely improves people’s lives. That’s why I’m passionate about equipping individuals and businesses with the tools, systems, and confidence they need to build long-term careers and deliver outstanding service.

I believe people only care how much you know once they know how much you care.
That belief sits at the heart of everything I do.

The best interests of the agency owners and professionals I work with always come first. I listen without judgement and focus on practical support, not criticism, helping people make better decisions in the real world, not in theory.

As Theodore Roosevelt famously said, “The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena.”


I believe deeply in this idea. My work is about supporting those in the arena, whether they’re building an agency, leading a team, or stepping out to work independently, and standing alongside them when things don’t go to plan.

I’ve spent many years in the arena myself. I built, scaled, and sold my own estate and lettings agency, hired and trained staff, saw people thrive and struggle, and experienced both success and failure first-hand. I’ve made the mistakes and I’ve had the big wins.

I now use what I’ve learned, through experience rather than theory, to help agency owners and ambitious professionals build stronger businesses, better careers, and achieve goals that genuinely matter to them.
