It was a pleasure to be a guest again on the Kyero podcast with Lorraine De Marco.
We discussed what we believe remains genuinely difficult to replace with AI, and why the best estate agents do far more than simply match buyers with properties.
We also looked at the things that can be done with AI and how I feel many agents could be looking at AI the wrong way. Rather than looking to optimise first, we should be looking to how AI and in particular AI agents could change the way our clients find our businesses.
